Professional, friendly and efficient. Not rushed in and out, and treated as an individual by staff who are keen to go that extra mile to provide amazing dental care. A credit to Dentistry in all areas and I would say that if you're seeking a new surgery to visit - make this the one you go to. It's a keeper! No complaints here.

What are the advantages of dental implants?

Better than bridges – unlike dental bridges dental implants don’t require preparation or trimming of adjacent teeth. They simply replace the missing tooth whilst maintaining the integrity of the teeth either side of the gap.

Better than dentures – dentures often require getting used to large amounts of plastic in your mouth, especially across your palate. Dental implants can do away with this extra material and simply replace the missing teeth in a more comfortable and convenient way..

Why choose Solihull Dental Centre?

How we can help you...

Same-day solutions to replace multiple missing teeth

Dr Stavros offers same-day solutions to replace multiple missing teeth using the most up-to-date innovative approach to restoration.

Teeth in a Day is an implant-assisted solution. Dental implants are placed and fully functioning teeth attached – all in single visit. This means you immediately benefit from an efficient and effective restoration.

These full arch dental implant restorations, in which all diseased teeth are removed, implants fitted, and a temporary version of your teeth are placed offers a safe and effective solution.

Once healing has occurred several months later, the permanent teeth will be placed.

Simple tooth replacement

A dental implant can restore your bite, smile and confidence by replicating the natural aesthetics and function of a missing tooth.

A dental implant is a relatively new aesthetic treatment that blends in seamlessly with natural teeth to act as a substitute for a missing tooth – functionally and aesthetically.

A dental implant acts as an artificial replacement for a tooth root, which is placed into the jaw to help anchor restorations.

It can be a life-changing procedure for those suffering with unsightly gaps where teeth should be.

Bone grafting

Guided bone grafting can restore the natural contours of the teeth and gums in a natural way to ensure dental implant stability.

Sometimes, due to infection, tooth decay or bone shrinkage, there may not be enough bone to place implants effectively for the long term.

In such circumstances, Dr Stavros will carry out bone grafting. This is a surgical procedure that ensures there is sufficient bone to place dental implants, whilst revitalising and rejuvenating the appearance of the face.

During the procedure, Dr Stavros will place a material into the area where there is insufficient bone to promote bone regeneration.

All-on-X dental implants

All-on-X dental implants is a revolutionary treatment in which a whole set of new teeth are supported by a number of implants.

For patients with multiple missing teeth, the All-on-X treatment techniques help to fill the gaps where teeth should be to improve both aesthetics and function of the mouth.

The procedure means that ‘all’ teeth are supported on a number of dental implants.

The dental implants used in this procedure are specially designed for immediate function and typically do not require bone grafting.

It’s best suited to patients without teeth, for patients with cracked or decayed teeth or for those patients with teeth at risk due to serious gum disease.

The treatment offers an efficient and reliable restoration for patients who have minimum bone volume.

I had a great experience here. They handled my emergency appointment with professionalism and care and really eased my stress, even during the pandemic

The Dental Implant Process

Visit our dental implant clinic for an initial free consultation, at this appointment with a clinician we will have a basic look and provide a basic clinical examination. We will explain the details of treatment and give you a general idea as to the type of treatment which would suit you best, the treatment times as well as an idea of the costs.

If you decide you would like to proceed further then the next consultation is with Dr Sacranie or Dr Eleftheriou

At this appointment they will undertake a more detailed clinical assessment and begin to plan the diagnostic process including 3-D scans. They will let you know exactly what you will experience during the process, how many implants you will need, what type of restoration is best suited to your requirements and how much the whole treatment will cost. All of this information will be provided to you in a full treatment plan.

Once you have agreed your treatment plan we can then progress onto the full diagnostics and treatment. The implants can be placed once this has been undertaken, once placed they will usually be left for between 3 and 6 months to heal. After this healing phase you can then move onto the restorative phase to enjoy your new teeth.

...The lady I spoke to was very friendly and had me an appointment booked in within a few days - I'm usually used to waiting weeks with my previous dentist... Very impressed with the practice, all staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive and the practice itself is lovely, highly recommend!
